Steps for Sale in NJ & NY

Stone steps can be used to connect two areas of varying elevations and can also help to achieve a desired look with the overall landscape design of your property. There are four main types of stone steps that Braen Supply specializes in for both delivery and pickup.

These include solid stone steps (steppers), precast concrete steps, traditional block and veneer steps and retaining wall blocked steps with a precast cap. When deciding on steps for your landscape, natural stone steps and precast concrete are two great options to choose from.

Steps Materials in NJ & NY

You can select steps made from a wide variety of materials available at Braen Supply. We offer some of the following materials:

Bluestone for Sale in NJ and NY

Bluestone Steps

Bluestone is an extremely versatile material that can not only be used for stair treads but also for the steps themselves. Bluestone steps are very formal and pronounced due to their sawn and thermal edges. With a variety of sizes and designs available you can fully customize your landscape. We offer bluestone steps for pick and delivery across NJ, NY, NYC & PA.

Limestone for Sale in NJ and NY

Limestone Steps

All limestone steps are honed on the top, have a rock faced front and have sawn sides and backs. This natural stone material provides an extremely refined and upscale appearance for your landscape. We offer a variety of preset lengths and sizes but can also cut limestone to the size you need. We offer pickup and bulk delivery of our limestone steps across NJ, NY, NYC & PA.

Kearney Stone for Sale in NJ, NY, NYC

Kearney Stone Steps

Kearney stone steps can provide a welcoming touch to your landscape and can be customized to match the look and feel you desire. You can get Kearney stone steps with either a thermal or natural cleft top, a face that is rock face or natural cleft and ends that are sawn or natural. It is one of the most cost effective options available and we offer it for pickup and bulk delivery across NJ, NY, NYC & PA.

Natural Stone Steps

Natural stone steps can be cut to the exact height and length it is needed for, or left irregular which provides a more natural face and top to the stone.

Color is generally limited to the type of stone that is in the quarry, but natural stone provides a great look to a natural backyard. Different stones used in natural stone steps present different looks in your landscape. While Limestone steps can provide a refined appearance, Kearney stone gives a more rustic, natural feel. Natural stone steps are an expensive and durable option that will have great longevity over time.

Bluestone steps can provide you with a breathtaking aspect to your landscape and can help improve the look of any landscape. These steps standout due to their thermal and sawn edges.

Stone steps are typically 6-inches thick and can range in depth as well as length. Stone steps can be found in a variety of different stones which can dictate the edges and surfaces that are available. Generally, stone steps are installed as a dry-layed application and incorporated into a retaining wall structure system.

Precast Concrete Steps

Precast concrete steps are manufactured to mimic natural stone steps and are available in a variety of colors, textures and shapes. These steps are much lighter than natural stone steps, but are much more consistent because they are man made.

Precast concrete steps can be dimensionally-cast or irregularly-cast. Dimensionally-cast steps are manufactured to a specific size while irregular steps are, just that, irregular. These types produce a more natural look and can blend in easier with surroundings.

Perhaps the biggest upside is their consistency of color and height. If you are looking for a more uniform material, precast concrete steps are the right choice for you.
